1 Star - Poor Professionalism and Zero Accountability Incident Jan 16, 2025. I am not a customer of Luke Landscaping, but I'm writing this review after today's experience with their crew. While clearing snow at their client's property (36 Marrakesh), the crew blew a significant amount of snow onto my driveway at 34 Marrakesh. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the crew stopped at the end of my driveway and clearly saw me outside - they were aware of what they had done but simply drove away without addressing it or apologizing. I immediately called and left a voicemail at 12 PM, then sent an email with photos documenting the mess they left on my property. Despite giving them until 5 PM to respond or send someone to correct their mistake, I received absolutely no response. I understand that snow removal can be challenging and accidents happen. However, when your crew damages a neighbor's property - someone who isn't even your customer - the very least you can do is respond and make it right. The complete lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. As a neighbor of their client, I expected basic courtesy and responsibility. Instead, I got silence. I would not recommend this company.

We hired Luke to build a joint carport and fence, which was quite a large-scale project. We re-did the fence with our neighbor and built a substantial carport that spans both properties, sharing middle posts. A large tree occupying both properties added to the complexity of the job. Luke and his team arrived every day at 7 AM and worked diligently to complete the project. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and the high quality of their work. They were respectful to our neighbors and worked independently with city inspectors, ensuring seamless communication with our engineer to make sure everything was built according to codes. Luke was always responsive, answering our questions thoughtfully and providing great suggestions. We are extremely happy with the outcome and have received numerous compliments from our neighbors!
