Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. I had confirmed landscaping services with this company for the summer, but at the last minute, they backed out. The reason? They tried to charge me for a job that was never done — claiming they performed two fall clean-ups in November when in fact only one was requested and completed. I asked for proof (texts, emails, call logs) and they couldn’t provide a single thing. Eventually, they admitted the charge was wrong and voided it — I paid the balance in full. Despite this, they canceled on me last minute with no explanation other than that I had questioned their false charges. This is not how a professional business should operate. You can’t promise work, then try to squeeze extra money out of clients and cancel if they don’t pay up. Avoid this company if you want reliable, honest service.

We did not admit the second charge was incorrect—only that, without clear proof the service was requested, we chose to void the invoice as a goodwill gesture. We are committed to fairness and never attempt to overcharge our clients. In fact, we waited over six months for payment on the first fall cleanup. We only agreed to consider returning once all outstanding invoices were resolved. We take pride in our professionalism and respectful client relationships.
