Planting
Choose sun and well-drained, neutral to slightly alkaline soil. Allow the soil to dry between waterings, while avoiding prolonged drought or waterlogged ground.
Care
Shear off faded flowers to encourage a longer display. Divide clumps in spring every two or three years to maintain the planting.
Before planting: Leaves are harmful if swallowed and may irritate skin. Poor drainage can cause crown or fungal rot.
