Planting
Choose full sun and well-drained soil for a meadow, mixed border or naturalised planting. Established plants tolerate dry conditions thanks to a long taproot.
Care
Divide crowded clumps about every three to four years. In a naturalised scheme, grow it with other substantial meadow plants to help balance its spread.
Before planting: Can spread strongly in favourable growing conditions.
